Our head chef, Konstantin Grohmann, and his team live a special philosophy: cooking with love, creativity and absolute dedication. After initial experience in the competitive world of Michelin-starred cuisine, our head chef realised that true culinary art is not created under stress and pressure. Instead, he made a conscious decision to give free rein to his passion and to compose new creative dishes every day – without the pressure of a Michelin star, but with a lot of heart and genuine enjoyment.

His decision not to compete allows him and his team to constantly explore new paths, push culinary boundaries and offer you dishes that surprise you anew every day. This is how our unique “Menu of the Evening” is created every evening, a lovingly compiled four-course menu with at least three different main courses, in which seasonal, regional ingredients are skilfully combined with international accents.

Our guests feel this passion and place great trust in us. How often do we hear:
