Perfect Relaxing Day
Dear guest,
we would like to give you an unforgettable day and pamper you with a very special wellness program.
The Perfect Relaxing Day will be completely tailored to your type. From four different herbal oils, each of which presents an “element”, you choose your favorite element such as fire, water, earth, or air. This will accompany you throughout the day.
As a wellness program, you can expect a full-body ritual that won the European Health & SPA Award as “Best Signature Treatment 2016” in Germany.
This ritual consists of a full-body treatment with our unique stamp massage using high-quality herbal stamps, which are permanently steamed by the permanent Contour® system and thus impart a constant temperature.
In addition to this comprehensive “Perfect Relaxing Day Treatment”, this package includes:
Admission to the Wellness Oasis without time limit
Use of the indoor pool, fitness room, relaxation rooms, rest house, sunbathing lawn, pavilions and saunas with pile sauna on the wooden deck and bathing lake.

Please note
Our wellness department is very popular and well booked. Therefore, registration is required.
So that we can consider all your treatments and schedules, please let us know in time, preferably when you are booking your room.
Sunday schedules are possible only with timely reservation.
If you cancel on the day of treatment, we have to charge a 50% cancellation fee.
Failure to comply without cancellation of the full treatment price will be charged.
Spa Etiquette
Date bookings / changes
Please book your spa treatments as soon as you booked your room, so that we can meet your deadline requirements. Our staff at the spa reception will be happy to advise you and are always ready to meet your schedule requirements.
Please sign up before your treatment at the spa reception, you will be picked up by our staff!
Reservations must be canceled 24 hours before the treatment, which is free of charge. For reserved but unused appointments we will charge the full price.
In the indicated treatment times the rest period, the showering, and the time for dressing and undressing are included. If you do not perceive your appointment time, the treatment time is reduced accordingly.
Please enter your bathrobe at your spa visit. The spa area can only be entered in swimwear. Saunas itself and the jetty at the outdoor sauna are nude areas. The spa lawn can be used with bathing suits or without clothes.
You should tell us about health concerns, disease or pregnancies during your appointment. Our treatments are not aligned with the standard of healthcare, but are based on the philosophy of wellness, so the physical and mental well-being. Not all of our applications are suitable for guests with disabilities. So that we can recommend one, tailored to your individual needs program, please contact us. We are happy to help.
We ask you not to block the relaxing laungers with towels, bags or other items! Please do not bring any valuables. We assume no liability!

For external guests, registration is required at the Wellness Oasis. On Saturdays, entry for external guests is only possible with booked treatments or pampering days. The consumption of food and drinks brought in is not permitted.
